Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a vehicle donation, applicants must meet the following criteria:

•Be a single mother with at least one child* under 18 living in the household
•Have a valid driver's license
•Be currently employed or have a job offer requiring transportation
•Demonstrate financial need and lack of reliable transportation
•Be referred by a partner organization (Dress for Success, Family Promise, faith-based organizations, etc.) or apply directly
•Be willing to provide verification of employment, income, and family status

Media Release: I grant Wheels from the Heart permission to use my name, photograph, video, audio recording, and/or testimonial for promotional purposes including but not limited to: website content, social media posts, fundraising materials, press releases, and marketing campaigns. I understand that I will not receive compensation for such use and that all materials become the property of Wheels from the Heart. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product. *
