Boca Raton Rotary Club President Vanessa Havener, Club member Art Polacheck, Julissa Malgonago who is receiving the keys to her car which was given by Wheels from the Heart, Steve Muschlitz, Founder of Wheels from the Heart. This is the 103# car given by WFTH.

Julissa is a Rotary Scholarship recipient and is graduating in Product Management later this fall from Palm Beach State College. She has been also working full time for the Social Security Administration while finishing her degree. Art Polacheck is Julissa’s mentor.

Julissa and her mother were sharing a car so Art contacted Steve to make the arrangements for Julissa and her child to receive the car.

The Club gave rousing applause to Julissa and to all those who helped make this heartfelt event happen.
